Lightweight does not apply correctly

Describe the bug
Lightweight property does not apply the encumberance reduction to armor and weapons.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to trappings
2. Click on an armor or weapon item and select the Lightweight property and save the change.
3. Check the encumberance total
4. See error - encumberance is the same as before

Expected behavior
Encumberance should be 1 point lower.
