Access emulator menu from in-game using Android touch-screen?

Apologies if this is a stupid question, but how do I access the emulator menu from in-game when using only the Android touch-screen (i.e. no controller or keyboard)?

In "Android Virtual" device mapping, "Menu" is mapped to "Select", but there is no "Select" button on the virtual gamepad.
