Visibility of Newsletter and Resources

Menu for public view should include "resources" and it would be nice if the NLs could be one click away, instead of 2 clicks.

Recommend that we put the latest newsletter somewhere on the Home page.

OK, I moved around the Home page. I put a What's Happening section right up near the top. It publishes all the guild's news, including news that a new newsletter is available and any other announcements. This means there is a high likelihood that the last few newsletters will be on the front page.

I tried putting the "Latest Newsletter" on the page, but if I included its image, it was too large and took over. If I did just a text link, it got lost.

NL and Resources are both also available in the Resources menu (btw, we need to rename your page or the menu).
