Telemetry not working

Hardware used: KISS FC v2, Wolf PDB rev2, R9MM, M8Q, X9D+ (otx 2.3.14) with R9M 2019 ACCST flex latest firmware 190117)
RX Configuration: FPort (ACCST flex latest firmware 190201)

Reproducer: with kiss fcv2 1.3rc40o up to 1.3rc46i) telemetry in the radio is working (9 sensors). As of 1.3RC46z (also tested on 1.3RC47m) the telemetry is no longer working, only the RxBt and RSSI sensors are going through. Deleting and discovering of sensors doesn't help.
