Do not export Standard Error variables when fluxes are removed

The *_SE variables are exported even when the fluxes are not provided (long gaps removal). This creates periods where there are no fluxes (NEE. RECO, GPP) but there is SE.

Also look into DAY and NIGHT variables (esp. yearly resolution)
