Hololens - Allow Certain Markers to Map to Surfaces

Have markers be able to map onto surfaces so that it is pointing on a surface when placed. Doesn't allow point down anymore but rather determines the orientation of the surface and places it at the appropriate orientation.

For clockwise and counter clockwise, marker is now oriented with respect to the surface normal of the detected geometry.

Now testing accuracy of placement of markers on HoloLens device.
