fix:stops playing after the queue ends

Once the queue ends the bot doesn't play songs anymore.

Basically, You want to repeat the song from start if it is a last song in the queue.

Suppose you add a song in the queue to play.
Once the song is played and the bot reach the end of the queue then the bot doesn't play any other song even if you add new songs in the queue.
