This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") defines the terms under which You contribute to error-dashboard. It protects You as a contributor by making your rights explicit, and it protects Frederick Finn / Finn Devs ("the Maintainer") by establishing clear ownership and licensing terms that allow the project to be maintained, developed, and commercially licensed without legal ambiguity.
By submitting a Contribution to error-dashboard, You agree to the terms of this Agreement.

"You" means the individual or legal entity submitting a Contribution.
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to existing work, that You intentionally submit to error-dashboard by any means, including pull requests, patches, issues containing code, or any other form of communication to the Maintainer or the project repository.
"Submit" means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to the Maintainer or the project repository, including but not limited to pull requests, issues, and forum posts.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to:
- Reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and Derivative Works thereof;
- Use Your Contributions in any current or future version of error-dashboard;
- License Your Contributions under any license, including commercial licenses, at the Maintainer's sole discretion.
You retain your own copyright in your Contributions. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your copyright to the Maintainer — it grants the Maintainer the rights necessary to manage and commercialize the project.

You hereby grant to the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer Your Contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by Your Contributions alone or in combination with the Software.

By submitting a Contribution, You represent and warrant that:
a) You are legally entitled to grant the rights described in this Agreement; b) Your Contribution is Your original creation, or You have sufficient rights to submit it under the terms of this Agreement; c) Your Contribution does not, to the best of Your knowledge, violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law; d) If You are submitting on behalf of an employer or other entity, You have obtained all necessary permissions from that entity to enter into this Agreement; e) You understand that Your Contribution will be made available under the error-dashboard Source-Available License and may also be made available under commercial licenses issued by the Maintainer.

The Maintainer is under no obligation to accept, review, or include any Contribution in the project. Submission of a Contribution does not guarantee its inclusion in error-dashboard.

You agree that no compensation, royalty, or other consideration is owed to You for Your Contributions, including in cases where the Maintainer commercially licenses the Software incorporating Your Contributions.

Your Contributions are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. You are not required to provide support for Your Contributions.

To have your pull request accepted, you must confirm your agreement to this CLA. Add the following statement as a comment on your pull request:
"I have read and agree to the error-dashboard Contributor License Agreement (CLA.md). My contribution is my own original work and I have the right to submit it under these terms."
The Maintainer will record your agreement by username and pull request number.
