Hotkey doesn't work on lock screen

Hotkeys don't work on the lock screen (by design).

The current workaround is to use the 'Hotkey rule', or 'USB rule' as they work while the lock screen is active.

Considering registering Simple KVM as a Windows Credential Provider, which might be able to respond to hotkeys.
