can't encode anymore

I always used this command but now it doesn't work and I am on nak latest:

nak encode 0461fcbecc4c3374439932d6b8f11269ccdb7cc973ad7a50ae362db135a474dd npub

THIS RETURNS NOTHING!!!

It must be: nak encode npub 0461fcbecc4c3374439932d6b8f11269ccdb7cc973ad7a50ae362db135a474dd

I've never thought about using it the other way, but I understand how it used to work. But stuff changed in the arguments parsing library in order to support flags coming after arguments and this was a collateral effect. I might have to try to fix it eventually.
