What: Now that data viewer is in the frontend it needs ci e2e testing
Why: Improve testing
Who (will benefit) : Everyone benefits from testing
How (are we doing this now): Previously in the plotting service monorepo we could simply deploy the current plotting service along side it.
Technical caveats: Best way to run a plotting service in CI here.
