Describe the bug
Seeing a recurring SEVERE entry regarding a UI Freezeup, and I can't tell what's freezing based on viewing the pages because I don't know what the live situation is with the underlying IOCs. It does seem to be related to concurrent threads and timing, but I'm currently uncertain what the root cause is.
Additional context
I can't immediately tell what the issue really is but one thing that stands out to me are these com.cosylab.epics.caj strings. I know we have cosy pages, but do we have custom cosy packages built into phoebus-fnal?
Fixing the settings issue & page URLs might help here, but I'm unsure.
