Does Tippecanoe support streamable tiling?

I want to create vector tiles of 15 GB Address Fabric: UK data, I don't want to intake entire 15 GB data and run tippecanoe on it 'cause that will require minimum 15 GB of RAM. Is there any other way I may be missing?

Tippecanoe will stream input from line-delimited GeoJSON into a temporary file rather than trying to read it all into memory.
