Can you add links to the fonts?

I am trying the polybar config and although I tried multiple versions of the unifont I cannot manage to get the temperature or men chip icons , I get any other weird symbol instead. If you could add urls to the fonts it would be great.

Hi Fede @fededamian sorry for the delay.
In case you still need it the font is JetbrainsMono Nerd Font, you can download it by this link: https://www.nerdfonts.com/font-downloads. And material design icon font for the icons.
This is the config file where the fonts are located: config.ini
The README.md is now updated with this.
