Bitwarden requires a polikit policy to enable biometrics

Is this one in the RPM or the sysext? It should be possible to set this one up in /etc.

@travier this does seem to work on a uBlue Aurora install for me in /etc/polkit-1/actions once created (EDIT: sysext version of Bitwarden)
