[Feature Request] Chzzk Plugin

Hi, I've been using this recently and very impressed.

However in Korea, Twitch is not supported (which is shame :( ). We often use Chzzk, Twitch equivalent.

Which is also supported by [ytdlp](https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/blob/master/yt_dlp/extractor/chzzk.py)

If possible, can you make Chzzk plugin for Korean users?
