I've been researching this Cloudflare DDNS IP update issue for a long time, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve it yet.
To briefly summarize,
I added your ddns.php to my server and adapted it to my Qnap NAS server, but there's something wrong with the link. I'm a complete novice in these matters. Could you please help me? The link I prepared is below.

You don't need to change anything in the file—just copy it to your web server as it is. Then, enter the URL as shown here into QNAP. However, in the URL you must replace example.com with your own domain. In QNAP, enter your Cloudflare email in the email field, your API key as the password, and the desired subdomain as the hostname. There's an example in the README:
