YAML configuration is not merged

I tried to create a layout like in the example with LayoutA but nothing happens when I run the tlb command. The configuration is not merged with the Terminator config file and so nothing happens when I try to run the tlb -l layoutA command

layoutA:
  - cmd: pwd

Did I forget a step?

Is this still happening?

Can you

1. verify the layout path (~/config/terminator/layout.yaml) and show its content
2. verify if there's any error when running tlb command
3. show the output of terminator config ~/.config/terminator/config
