Change the computation length of decimal value and integer value

I know that MPC is based on fixed-point numbers. Is there any way to adjust the operations between integers and decimals?

Hi,
The standard way to do this would be to have this logic in your own code before invoking MPC.
E.g., say you want to add x = 3.141 and y = 2.878, up to 3 decimal places of precision. For this your code could compute X = 1000 * x = 3141 and Y = 1000*y = 2878. Then obtain X + Y = 6019. This is then converted back by dividing by 1000 to obtain 6.019. Other more complicated calculations will require more care keeping track of the scaling factors, but the same principle applies.

Does "cfg.encoder.precision_bits = 6" achieve the same effect? I mean adjust the precision of all the values.

Yes, precision_bits implements this scaling. 6 precision bits gives under 2 decimal places of accuracy.
