Feature Request - Default Settings in .conf file

If considered a worthwhile use of your programming time, it would be very desirable to place entries in ~/PicTalk-data/pictalk.conf where the user could define the default (start-up) values for "RF Gain", "FFT Rate", and "Threshold" that have proven to work best for them.

that was the original intention of the conf file, but was left... thanks for the reminder 👍

Partially implemented following pull-request from Ulysse71 and merge.
Works for FFT Rate and threshold, there is still some work to be done for the RF Gain. It is okay for single value settings (RTLSDR and SDRPlay). For SDR like the AirSpy, 3 values have to be stored (LNA Gain, Mix Gain, VGA gain). This is not implemented yet
