Add a `--no-cache` option to disable cache reading/writing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
F3D uses cache for performance reason and user experience as well, but there is no way to turn off that feature.
There should be a way to do that.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a --no-cache CLI option
• Add a corresponding libf3d option that disable cache usage completely.
• Add test and update option and cache doc

Describe alternatives you've considered
Deleting/moving cache files is a workaround
