[Bug, change request] Today tab: the month name is missed for calendar in monthly view

The main problem is that the user has no way to see what month is on the screen.
Preconditions:

1. The test user is logged in.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Today tab.
2. Pull the calendar down to switch the weekly view to the monthly view.
3. Check the calendar in the monthly view for the month name.

Actual result: The month name is missing.
Expected result: The user can see the month name.
