When navigating the listing of books, if it’s categorized as a One Shot, there is no way to tell if it has been read or not because where you would normally see that status it just shows One Shot in green. See the picture below, I have read the books but I can’t tell the status without opening it. You may be able to just swap out the “Ended” notation since by definition a One Shot will always be ended.
