Bump Go to 1.26/1.25

### What would you like to be added?

Go 1.26.0 was released two weeks ago. Therefore, [Go 1.24](https://endoflife.date/go) is no longer supported. We need to update the main branches to Go 1.26 and the release branches to 1.25.
