ESP LOG Optional in Esp-Insights to disable the console output

Feature description

The idea is to have an option in the menuconfig inside insights that allow the user to HIDE any LOG output and only forward it to the ESP-INSIGHTS connection, so the console should not take processing time to all the logs on it.,

Use cases

allow correct flow and not delay printing the log in the console

Alternatives

Within the flag inside the menuconfig its possible to user override LOG console outuput so the LOGS no matter which are shall not be printed on the console.

@filzek currently, this is possible by simply disabling the log output on console altogether. Insights will still send the logs if it is configured to.
