Hi,
I have started looking into a new feature to use SqlDataInpector for databases via a linked servers. Typically an ETL/DWH uses linked servers as data sources. Having a good overview of the source data helps in building the ETL. It would be nice to be able to start SqlDataInspector from the explorer.

I'm not sure what would be the best approach. The linked server does not show databases. One option would be to add a database selector to the SqlDataInspector window. Would this be a good options? Or do you have any ideas on other ways to implement this feature?
It does work from the 'selected text' in a query window.
