Adding individual trace output as an option

Hi Eric,

I have used the individual assignment output from BAYES and age data for each sample in the mixture to produce stock composition estimates by age class for each reporting unit. I would prefer to use rubias because it's much faster and easier to use. However, rubias only outputs the individual posteriors, but I need to have the individual assignment at each iteration to produce my age class estimates. Is it possible for rubias to output the individual assignments at each iteration similar to BAYES?

Hey there Andy, Great to hear from you. Yes, that option has been on my mental list for a while. I need to get into the code and see about the best way to do that. I've got this on my to do list, now, and it is something I would like to do. So, when I get some space in my schedule I will have a look at it. Cheers, eric
