When all user tasks are completed in the GUI, the user should get a note/warning/info informing that they should remove the relevant parts in the global config from their project (list the blocks they can remove). Changes made to those blocks in the global config will no longer be used by fmu-dataio when uploading data.
Add it as a note under the tasks, but not as a task (should only appear if global config is valid).
If the global config is invalid, we can remove the message.
