Description
When the NPI model for short term forecast was extrapolated till the end of July, in some countries the predicted values are so high it doesn't fit nicely into the plot. For such countries (with high dispersion) we want to show the plot in log scale.
Acceptance Criteria
- If for a given country the dispersion of the extrapolated predictions (from Jul 1) is too high it doesn't fit with the previous values -> show the plot in logscale.
- Add a switch that allows to turn on/off logscale view.
