Require curl instead of git as a dependency

Run the script with the following:
/bin/bash -c "$(curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/epiccurious/bitcoin-core-node-builder/master/nodebuilder)"

To be feasible, this script would need to download any support files like bitcoin.png during runtime.

Downloading bitcoin.png is trivial. Need to figure out how to verify pgp signatures without using git.

One of these two options:

for f in $(curl -s -l -u user:pass ftp://your_ftp_server_ip/folder/)

The second one is slightly cleaner and less condensed.

Taking this issue out of the MVP milestone, since curl seem to have a simple way to download an entire directory.
