[FR] don't sync BPM settings to secondary vaults (use local storage method)

I'm using Setting profiles plugin here

And trying to have unique settings for Better Plugin Manager in each Vault

Attempting to better explain my request in the drawing below:

All of BPM's configurations are stored in its own data.json file. If you don't want to sync it, it should be managed by the Setting Profiles plugin. What does that have to do with BPM?

This feature been request in "Setting profiles" but not getting implemented for very long time... so I'm force to look for alternative solutions
