Major bug in image-answers?

Hey @phaustin,

Thought I'd report this so you don't get burned by it like I did this week!

I have all my questions in a GitHub repo and the syntax there looks correct (left side of screenshot) but when I imported them into canvas, something weird happened and all of the answer choices did not get replaced with answer choices, and the images ended up being the same (see right image)

Luckily I caught it with only 4/350 students suffering so that was fortunate.

Any idea on what the issue could be?
