• conformsTo, publisher, accessRights, license should be URLs not strings #156
• publisher " http://belgovia.bo/CGMES" is a bad URL since it starts with space

  • SHO: Agree - fix on all Manifiests.
• mediaType is slightly false because 20220615T2230Z_2D_Belgovia_SSH_1.xml is NOT rdfxml, it is cimxml
  • SHO: Agreed in 2026-05-19 to leave it as is.
• https://energy.referencedata.eu/type/CIM-PowerSystemModel doesn't resolve
  • SHO: Yes. the is the plan
• To be in line with existing Energy ReferenceData URLs, it should use http (http://energy.referencedata.eu/type/CIM-PowerSystemModel) not https.
  Luckily that host serves both http and https requests equally, but the semantic URLs use http.
  • SHO: all reference to http://energy.referencedata.eu/ shall be "https:" - this also include the data on the server (https://energy.referencedata.eu/)
• issued, startDate, generatedAtTime lack datatype (xsd:dateTime or xsd:dateTimeStamp)
  • SHO: all shall be dateTime - generatedAtTime shall be xsd:dateTimeStamp
• dcat:distributionOf is made-up, there's no such prop in the DCAT model https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#dcat-scope.
  Remove it.
  • SHO: dcat:distributionOf should be dcat:isDistributionOf
• Can't attach dcat:startDate directly to Dataset, have to use dct:temporal and intermediate node.

I'm wrong: dcat:isDistributionOf exists (described in https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#inverse-properties) but is called dcat:distributionOf. However dcat3.ttl states:

dcat:isDistributionOf owl:inverseOf dcat:distribution ;
  skos:changeNote "New property added in DCAT 3."@en ;
  skos:scopeNote "This property MAY be used only in addition to its inverse, and it MUST NOT be used to replace it."@en ;

So dcat:isDistributionOf cannot be used in lieu of dcat:distribution
