1. C:456:SSH:NA:singleActivePowerSlack — no unique active-power slack. Confirmed: all 115 GeneratingUnit.normalPF are identical (0.72), so no single highest participation factor exists. Fix: give one reference unit a strictly-greater normalPF (e.g. 1). Related nuance: all referencePriority=0 too, so no angle reference — set referencePriority=1 on the same machine so SV angle-slack and SSH power-slack agree.
2. C:456:SV:SvPowerFlow.p:synchronousMachine (35/115) — machine active power outside [minOperatingP, maxOperatingP]. Confirmed: the SV is a flat/unsolved snapshot (SvPowerFlow.p=0 everywhere) while these 35 units have minOperatingP>0, so 0 < min. Fix: run the power flow and write real SvPowerFlow.p (same root as the existing SvVoltage.v=0 warning), or mark standstill units inService=false.
