Randomize panelist on home page

We are all equals on the panel, so rather than have some sort of imposed hierarchy, let's mix it up every time someone loads the page.

The user pictures are randomized but your Twitter handles are not. I clicked on Chris' picture and got Ari's profile, which I though was intentional.

Well this is infuriating. It doesn't have this problem locally, but something about deploying to production is causing some weird caching where the image switches but everything else stays the same...

An old issue but nevertheless: It might be a hydration issue! I've encountered a similar issue back in time (and noted all that down in a blog post https://blog.lichter.io/posts/vue-hydration-error/#dates%2C-timestamps%2C-and-randomizing 😋).

If it is a hydration issue, then either shuffle "reliably" (which wasn't possible in my case) or render the panelists on client-side only or shuffle them only on the client-side. Each has pros/cons unfortunately.
