I'm not sure how best to help here... we don't have issues with the packaging so you're hitting some kind of problem on your side.
I'd try uninstalling httpx completely and reinstalling.
At a guess you've got pip3 installing into a different environment that the httpx command line client.
Check the paths on both with where pip3 and where httpx and debug from there?

Thanks, it was httpx python and httpx go version conflict, I fixed it by installing pd tools through pdtm.
