Question about contribution

Hello,

I recently added some features to this package for a coworker of mine.

List of Additons:

• pip support for installation and packaging (via hatchling) -- Make pip installable #6
• removing need for bash scripts to execute the command line program
• Adding batch file processing for enaGroupGet and output of failed accessions
• Fixing a bug when trying to download analysis files

If you are interested in any of these features let me know and I can polish them and open a PR to contribute 👍🏻
