Add enaBrowserTools to Bioconda channel

Hi there,
would it be possible that you contribute a enaBrowserTools recipe to the conda package manager via the bioconda channel https://bioconda.github.io so it can be installed using conda install enaBrowserTools?

@janstrauss1 I created a recipe for enaBrowserTools so you can now indeed install it from bioconda. Details are here: https://bioconda.github.io/recipes/enabrowsertools/README.html

The recipe has some rather drastic workarounds to deal with the lack of packaging in enaBrowserTools but I hope that it works for you.

Are there any plans to update the bioconda recipe? Currently version 1.5.4 is in bioconda. The BioConda bot created a PR to update to version 1.7, but it needs some more work: bioconda/bioconda-recipes#35650

Having it in conda makes it easier to quickly use the tool. It will be also automatically available as biocontainer, so it can be used with singularity or apptainer.
