Add option to include package dependencies in NuGetMirror

It would be useful if one can include all dependencies of a package selected with the -i argument. While it downloads all versions of the explicitly specified package it would make sense to only download the required version(s) of the dependency.

Would this be possible to implement?

Including transitive dependencies in the download could be done. Finding the dependencies for a project requires a target framework since the packages can be different dependencies per TFM.

For NuGetMirror the simplest way to achieve this would be to include the lowest version found for each dependency across each TFM dependency group. Then do the same for dependencies of those packages.

When restoring against an actual project this could give different results than the NuGetMirror resulting set of packages, since the project restore could pick a package in the middle of the range, but for most cases it should work.
