Support for pods layout

I am trying to use the no-implicit-this codemod on our pods layout app and seeing all files being skipped. I have had success running the native-class-codemod (that uses this telemetry) on this app so ostensibly this comes down to some breakdown between js and template linkage, possibly similar to the root cause discussed in #5

For those who land on this issue, I wrote a codemod to un-pod Ember projects. Maybe try it out as a prerequisite to running ember-codemods-telemetry-helpers?
