test(deps): bump uuid and playwright-bdd (#86)

Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [playwright-bdd](https://github.com/vitalets/playwright-bdd). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `uuid`

Updates `playwright-bdd` from 8.5.0 to 9.2.0
