Quick Shortcuts/Templates for Frequent Transactions with Folder Management #379

Description

@nihabali

Currently, users need to manually input the transaction name, balance, and tags every single time they record an income or expense. While this works well for custom entries, it becomes repetitive for daily or frequent transactions that share the same details (e.g., daily commuting costs, fixed grocery bills, or routine income).
To enhance user experience and speed up the tracking process, I would like to propose a Quick Shortcuts/Templates feature.
Proposed Feature Details:
Quick Transaction Templates:
Allow users to create pre-defined templates for both income and expenses (including predefined amounts, categories, and tags).
Users should be able to log these transactions with a single click directly from the dashboard or a dedicated shortcut section.
Folder-based Organization (Customization):
To keep the shortcuts organized and clutter-free, users should be able to group these templates into custom "Folders" or "Categories" (e.g., a folder named "Daily Commute" containing separate quick-buttons for Bus, Train, or Fuel).
Why this feature is useful:
This feature will drastically reduce the friction of manual data entry for repetitive daily expenses and income. It will make the app much faster to use on the go, improving overall user retention and efficiency.
Suggested UI/UX Flow (Optional):
A "Shortcuts" or "Templates" tab on the main screen.
A simple "+" button inside that tab to create a template or a folder.
Clicking on a template instantly logs the transaction with the current date/time.
