Emacs version requirements unclear

According to the documentation of the project, Emacs 26 is required. However, rustic.el lists (emacs "28.2") as a requirement (see below). This is preventing me from installing on Emacs 28.1 using my package manager. This requires-line is probably incorrect?

I have not checked transient dependencies, but I assume the others are good with Emacs 28.1, as Rustic is the only package I have issues with.

Alternatively, the documentation further down is wrong, in which case I recommend removing that line, since the requirements are listed explicitly further up.

We bumped it to 28.2 because we want to test against the latest version of a particular release. I don't necessarily want to have to test against two versions of Emacs 28.

That makes complete sense. I have since updated my Emacs, so the only issue then is the line referenced in my second comment. This line should probably be removed, to avoid such confusion in the future.
