Supporting pagination of non repo data

Hi ally,

I currently have a requirement to paginate some data that isn't from the DB, ideally we would setup the front end the same as the kerosene pagination so i was wondering if it makes sense to add support to kerosene for this sort of thing so that i can use the same kerosene settings/params etc. or if that's not useful?

let me know if you think it might help and i'll raise a PR or discuss in more detail?
