Hey @azzamsa! Unfortunately 'abandoned' would be the appropriate definition 😔 I meant Köi to be a hobby side project with a deadline in sight, and I since moved on to eliaperantoni/spaceman which also had the same fate, and now I'm secretely working on something else 👀.

But if you like the idea and the design of Köi, you more than welcome to fork it and bring it back to life 😊. I'd love to see how it could evolve.

May I interest you in Amber?

Features-wise, it does not compare to Koi as of now.

But it has an active/big community and the biggest selling point is that it "compiles" to bash, so you don't need to install an interpreter at every server you want to run the script on.

I'd also say that it is the biggest flaw, because it is very limited in what it can do by being compatible with bash mechanics.
For example, you can't have a list of lists, you can only have a list of primitive types.
