no 'ua' locale #13

opened

when installing element-plus via cli-plugin i selected locale as 'ua' as it was among options.
however no 'ua.js' appeared in 'element-plus/lib/locale/lang/' and my app didn't start as it misses ua.js file.

can't install this locale via npm. probably it is just missing
