Allow for arbitrary upstream DNS servers #2

Currently the upstream DNS runs through the cloudflared container which (unsurprisingly) only forwards traffic to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS server.

cloudflared should be replaced with something that can allow for arbitrary upstream DNS.
