Ask for NPM release

Few weeks ago @Luke265 fixed the types export with the PR #24. Would it be possible to make a npm release with this fix ?

I've since switched to ggaabe/rrule-temporal, passes all rrule tests like rrule-es does. It's about 2x faster, though it does use roughly twice as much memory. It’s built using Temporal API — currently using a polyfill, since native support is still limited across most platforms for now.
