problem getting zotxt-emacs to work in wsl2

i am trying to figure out how zotxt api works because I am running emacs on wsl2 with Ubuntu distro. It seems that zotxt-emacs simply call the api endpoint and it returns the following which is clear that I need to install zotero in wsl2 Ubuntu, but I manage my zotero in window, so if I can reroute such that zotxt make use of existing window version of zotero. This is be solved.

I'm not sure how wsl2 works. If zotero is not listening on localhost, you could change the value of zotxt-url-base.
