ff_siwis voice

This is a request to add the ff_siwis voice, as per https://huggingface.co/hexgrad/Kokoro-82M/blob/main/VOICES.md#french

I presume it's just a matter of modifying voices.ts?

Yes, can you please try it?? I swear I added all the available voices to the model

I opened a PR to add this. I've tested it locally and it works as expected.
